Educational Illustration
We are passionate about educational illustration. Creating images that have real meaning and that communicate clearly on a visual level, gives us (and our clients!) great joy. We believe that illustration can make a positive difference to the lives of individuals and communities.

“It is easy to work with Leo. Good communication and honesty – does not mince words/beat about the bush when necessary. She digs a little deeper and has insight… I enjoyed what she brought to the work.”

“The level of detail and the use of form and colour in the illustrations were expertly handled and I could hardly imagine a normally superficial reader not feeling invited to explore the text in more depth because of them.”

EARLY EDUCATIONAL WORK - WE'VE COME A VERY LONG WAY!
I have completely forgotten about this job, so it was a wonderful surprise to uncover this in my archives and I decided to share it here.
These two comics were done for Nasou publishers during 2004 and 2005 for school readers. The spaces where there should be text are all blank, because the stories were published in different languages. The readers were also only partially in colour to save printing cost. That's why some of the pages are in black and white only.
